This Report Contains:

State Arrest Record-Arrest Records are obtained from county sheriffs' offices and provide details of all reporting county jail bookings. This search is a good tool to guide where to perform county court searches for criminal conviction details.

Social Security Number Verification-This report returns when and where an SSN was issued, name of individual(s) using the SSN, and current and previous address information. Also includes an alert if SSN is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity.Should be used during the pre-employment screening process to verify an applicant’s name, SSN, date of birth, gender, and death indicator if available.

State Sexual Offenders Search- The Statewide Sex Offender Report performs a search of the Sex Offender Registry from the requested state. Reports will include offender pictures, where available.

Worker's Compensation Record*- This record provides information on all individual cost claims. All Claims filed for a social security number including date(s) of injuries, current office handling claims, as well as where the injury was located and whether the claim was approved or denied. *Results vary depending on state privacy laws.Some states do not offer worker's compensation records to anyone or obtaining permission has a different set of standards then in most states in these cases the state will not be a option in the section menu at checkout but please contact us as we may still be able to obtain this for you.
